Bladder Cancer VA Disability Rating
Bladder cancer rates 100% during active disease and the 6-month post-treatment period under DC 7528. After 6 months, rated on residuals (voiding dysfunction). Triple presumptive: Camp Lejeune water (1953-1987), Agent Orange (added 2021), PACT Act burn-pit (post-9/11).
