Brain Cancer VA Disability Rating
Malignant brain tumors (glioblastoma, astrocytoma, etc.) rate 100% during active disease and the post-treatment convalescent period under DC 8002. After 6 months stable, rated on residuals (motor, cognitive, sensory deficits under the TBI framework DC 8045). PACT Act presumptive (added 2022).
