Erectile dysfunction is rated 0% schedularly under DC 7522 UNLESS the veteran also has penile deformity (in which case 20%). The 0% schedular rating triggers SMC-K (Special Monthly Compensation for loss of use of a creative organ) which adds $136.06/mo in 2026 on TOP of the schedular rate. SMC-K is the actual compensation in nearly all ED cases. ED is commonly service-connected as secondary to PTSD medication, diabetes, or spinal injury.
