Limited Ankle Motion VA Disability Rating
Ankle limitation of motion is rated under DC 5271 with just two brackets: moderate (10%) or marked (20%). The 20% is the schedular maximum for ROM-only ankle ratings; higher percentages require ankylosis under DC 5270. Bilateral ankle conditions trigger 38 CFR 4.26.
