Meniere's Disease VA Disability Rating
Meniere's disease (endolymphatic hydrops) rates under DC 6205 based on the triad of vertigo, hearing loss, and cerebellar gait. Brackets jump 30 → 60 → 100% based on attack frequency. Hearing loss can also be rated SEPARATELY under DC 6100, with the rater choosing whichever produces the higher rating.
Rating criteria

| 30% | Vertigo less than once a month with occasional staggering. |
| 60% | Vertigo 1-4 times a month with cerebellar gait. |
| 100% | Vertigo more than once a week with cerebellar gait. |
