Parkinson's Disease VA Disability Rating
Parkinson's disease rates at a 30% MINIMUM under DC 8004 (paralysis agitans). Higher ratings are assigned based on functional impairment: motor symptoms (tremor, rigidity, bradykinesia), cognitive decline (Parkinson's dementia), autonomic dysfunction. Agent Orange (38 CFR 3.309(e)) + Camp Lejeune water (38 CFR 3.320) presumptive.
