- Corrections. If you spot a wrong dollar figure, an out-of-date 38 CFR citation, a broken calculator result, or a stale rate, tell us. Include the page URL and what looks wrong. Per our editorial standards, we correct verified errors within five business days and note the correction on the page.
- Privacy & CCPA/CPRA requests. To request access to or deletion of any personal data, or to opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information, email us with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. See the Privacy Policy for the full process and your rights.
- Accessibility. If any page is hard to use with a screen reader, keyboard, or assistive technology, let us know which page and what failed. We treat accessibility reports as priority corrections.
- Partnership / advertising. For advertising, licensing, or partnership inquiries, email us with "Partnership" in the subject line. Note that we do not accept paid guest posts, paid backlinks, or pay-to-be-listed placements (see About).
What we cannot help with
VetDisabilityCalc is an independent reference site. We are not the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, we are not VA-accredited, and we cannot access, review, file, or advise on your individual VA claim. Per 38 USC 5904 and 38 CFR 14.636, only a VA-accredited attorney, claims agent, or Veterans Service Organization (VSO) representative may prepare or present a claim on your behalf.
- Questions about your specific claim, rating, or appeal — contact the VA directly at 1-800-827-1000 or find a free accredited representative through the VA Office of General Counsel Accreditation Search.
- Mental-health crisis — the Veterans Crisis Line is available 24/7: dial 988 then press 1, or text 838255.
- Checking claim status — sign in at VA.gov claim status.
Please do not send us medical records, Social Security numbers, VA file numbers, or other sensitive personal documents. We do not need them and cannot act on them.
