We are not VA-accredited

VetDisabilityCalc is operated by Zoom Lifestyle LLC, a Delaware limited liability company that is not accredited by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs under 38 CFR 14.626. We do not prepare, present, or prosecute VA claims. We do not communicate with the VA on a claimant's behalf. Federal law (38 USC 5904 and 38 CFR 14.636) restricts these activities to accredited Veterans Service Organization (VSO) representatives, accredited claims agents, and accredited attorneys.

The information on this Site is not legal advice

Articles, calculator results, condition guides, and rate tables on this Site are provided for general educational and informational purposes. They are not legal advice and they do not create an attorney-client relationship. Your specific situation depends on facts a Rating Specialist will evaluate after reviewing your service treatment records, your C&P exam, and the lay and medical evidence in your claim file.

The calculator is an estimate

The combined rating calculator implements the formula in 38 CFR 4.25 and applies the published 2026 compensation rates (effective December 1, 2025). It does not apply the bilateral factor (38 CFR 4.26), special monthly compensation (SMC), Total Disability based on Individual Unemployability (TDIU), or any other adjustment that may apply to your claim. It does not validate whether your conditions are service-connected, whether the ratings you entered match the rating criteria in 38 CFR Part 4, or whether you are entitled to a higher percentage than you believe.

The calculator output is an estimate of the combined rating and monthly compensation a veteran with the entered ratings would receive if all entered ratings are correctly assigned by the VA. It is not a prediction of the result of your claim.

Where to get accredited help

If you need a representative to assist with a claim or appeal, use the official VA Office of General Counsel accreditation search. Accredited representatives include:

Initial claim preparation is most commonly handled by VSOs at no cost. Fee agreements for appeals are regulated by the VA.

Rate tables are time-sensitive

VA compensation rates change annually with the December cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) under 38 USC 5312. The rates on this Site are current as of December 1, 2025 (TY 2026). Before relying on a specific dollar figure for a real-world decision, verify against the VA.gov current rate page.
